Gorillas 2012 - 2015
This group has versatile exercises for creating good basic physical conditions. At the same time the player learns how to transport the ball and play in a group.
Sessions are happy and encouraging ones in a proper environment for easy practice.

Training will support individual skills development while looking for reinforcing team playing.
